Everything was fine until the loan fell through...being a first time home buyer I would not know how the process works to get earnest money back, "my" realtor's attitude completely changed from being friendly to seemingly like I am bothering them. Talking down to me like I do this everyday and should know the process. Very unprofessional and childish in my opinion....i know next time I try to spend 100+k of my wife and my hard earned money it will not be with southern vision realty.
