I was called at 830 at night by someone from this company, I hung up on them because I couldn't get a word in (they didn't even ask who they were speaking to or for a name). I then received 2 texts one saying "SUPER RUDE" and then another one saying "You should get a medal for that". I can only imagine the type of professionalism and credibility this company has if this is the type of employees they hire.

Just wanted to say as an agent that Does NOT work for Exit REC I do have many contracts with this firms various buyers agents. Every single transaction has gone smoothly with hard working buyers agent professionals on the buyers side. I seen a negative review on here and thought I would chime in as a veteran in Lexington and Columbia SC real estate. Cant please everybody but by and large buyers that have been represented by REC are extremely happy and would rate them well. I look forward to many more offers and contracts to come from this great firm of very knowledgeable professional people. Thank you for your business!
Very disappointed in working with Miriam Dailey. She told us one thing and it was the other. She cared more about making a sell than putting us in the house we wanted in the end. IT'S ALL ABOUT MONEY working with these greedy agents. She pretended to be so nice in the beginning and then later showcase bad customer service. She turned our house shopping into a nightmare. She had no understanding that at the time her lender Anthony Brusadin needed paperwork from us, we had a death in the family, and a 12 month old sick running high temperatures. All she cared about was closing a deal. I will never work with this woman ever again and I don't recommend her to anyone.
