We were scheduled a viewing with this man. He canceled on us 3 times. The first time he was sick and second his daughter, which are reasonable excuses. Each time he called a few hours ahead and canceled. We completely rearranged our work schedules to view the house the third time. Two hours before we were supposed to meet Mr. Compton calls to tell us he'd be cancelling because "It was such a beautiful day and he'd rather be on the lake". He had already called with the people who owned the house and canceled so we couldn't see the house the same day because by the time we found a secondary realtor (with no help from Mr. Compton) the owners had already made alternate plans for the day. This is very unprofessional, and I do not recommend him at all!
