We went here April 2017 trying to support a black owned business. Here again we got burned. The customer service in person was excellent but after the sale horrible. I'm paying for a $3000 den set to which we have a recliner we can't sit in that leans to the side when someone sits in it. Still waiting on a replacement but keep getting put off. The owner came to our home a checked the chair himself and found it to be a possible factory defect and has yet to follow up with us. I've gotten better service from the big box stores.

When I first came in to purchase a sectional, they seem friendly and willing. After talking, it's obvious it more hunger for money than customer service. He was talking to fast to even remeber what he promise. They charge me the down payment and told me the other 100 wouldn't be charge until it was delivered but it was charged on my way out the door. He told me it would be here that following Thursday or Friday but it came a additional week and a half later. Didn't receive no call it was in. And when it did come, he took it to a different address. Never again.

Before even getting to the store, I called to take care of my order over the phone and then complete it in person. The staff was courteous, efficient and very knowledgeable of the products in the store. By the way, Jasmine was fantastic!

Awful Mr. Council start off nice and concerned. Once you make a purchase his Customer Service flies right out the window. I bought furniture in May and got it in October. Can you believe he wanted me to Pay before I got the furniture. Who does that? Then he want to pop off about what if and references other furnitute companies, He will tell you one thing and don't relay information to staff. His commercial is a life. Wolf in sheep clothing! I could say more but I will keep you posted every time he pop off. So unprofessional I see why you don't have a storefront anymore just a junky store with books to look at. I guess I should of read the reviews first.

A year and a half ago I wanted to buy a sofa with a chaise on the end. After shopping around for quite a while, these guys had the best price, and the models they offered were exactly what I was looking for. Staff was very nice and accommodating. I looked around the store for a while and took my time, finally deciding on the model I currently own. I was advised that they had a return of this model for a discounted price and I jumped at the chance. I was advised that the sofa was in like-new condition, but when it arrived it had a few blemishes... I honestly didn't mind because I wasn't paying full price. The sofa does its job well and it's still in good condition almost 18 months later. I have to say I'm absolutely satisfied with my purchase. Thanks.
