Understaffed. Took me about 20 minutes to find somebody to help me, and had 2 staffers walk right past me when I tried to get their attention. Horrible service!
Isn't the first time I've had problems with customer service at this store. If you know exactly what you want and where it is you're ok. If you need help 50/50 chance.
they are always so helpful and friendly ......when when Im spending all my money on this horse lol
I used to think Tractor Supply was a great place to shop until I went to this store. After walking around looking for 4 items I finally went to the front desk because the only employee on the floor was busy talking to another customer about why they no longer carried certain products, no one was there. Once someone came she pointed me in the right direction, but I still did not see any if the four items I needed. After being in the store for close to an hour I left with one item, irritated and disappointed in the service and the store. Thinking it was just a bad day and unfortunate combination of employees I went back. Apparently, my previous visit was typical of the standard of service to be expected from the store located off of 378. I can only hope not alll Tractor Supply locations have fallen to this level.
This tractor supply is beyond wonderful all the employees are extravagant especially John and Crystal
