I was in and out in less than 15min. I say to her sarcastically, "wow that was quick" she responds with, "well you knew what you wanted so that's a good thing." I say, well they told me on the phone it would take 1-2 hours today.
I had my kitchen totally gutted out and remodeled I did not know what I was doing so I spoke to Teri at KB Kitchen and Bath and she was fantastic. Not only did she help me design my kitchen, she personally went with me to pick out tile for the backsplash. Every time I would ask her for recommendations or her opinion she always gave me great advise. The kitchen turned out wonderful and because of the professionalism of K B Kitchen and Bath the job was not stressful at all Thank you again for a wonderful job
Made an appointment a week in advance for someone to help with the remodel of my Master bathroom. They told me the appointment would take 1-2 hours so I allotted for that time.
Moral of the story, I get better service from GOODWILL!!!!
I've read all the reviews that where written by other people and I can honestly say I had nothing but a great experience with K & B .. Teri was our designer and she's was very knowledgeable and professional.. she new her job and saved us a ton of money compared to the others we had quotes from... i highly recommend them
I have a new home and the dishwater has been leaking for nearly a year and a half (still waiting on my builders to call). However, Amy has been nothing but pleasant from KB Kitchen and Bath. She sent Steve over recently and he was just as good. He walked up with a smile and introduced himself. Made sure to take many pictures and leave on great terms. Amy has reached out to me countless times to set an appointment up and has also been trying to reach my home builders to get the root cause fixed first. Thank you all at KB for being so great through all this.
She asks if I had any photos or measurements, I informed her I emailed them last week as they requested. She prints them off, asks a couple questions, pulls out TWO cabinet fronts from the same company for me to chose from. Doesn't tell me what they are made of, what price range, or ANYTHING about the brand or give me other options from another brand or price range to chose from!? I had to ask.
This company has the worst communication skills--- I'd never recommend them to anyone. The receptionist, Terri, was very friendly when my husband and I walked in to get a quote on our kitchen remodel project. Terri did say that they are understaffed and it'd take two weeks to get a design/quote back to us. I'm a patient, laid back and flexible person but to wait more than two weeks just to get a quote, is unnecessary. Once we finally received our design/quote, I responded with edits I'd like made to the design in order to move forward. To this day, I haven't heard back from Terri or anyone else at this company. It's really unfortunate that this company lacks professionalism and communication skills. I ended up hiring a custom cabinet builder to build my thousands of dollars job that I'm thoroughly impressed and happy with.
I will NEVER go back or recommend this place to anyone......
