This True Value "truly" knows the meaning of customer service. I stepped into the store and was immediately met and greeted and taken to the items I wished to purchase. In total, 4 people assisted me in my purchases; from putting my equipment together to check out and all were outstanding. I got everything I needed, fantastic assistance and good prices and was on my way in about 20 minutes. The customer service from start to finish was absolutely wonderful and they have earned my business from now on. Great experience!
The customer service is top notch. They're always willing to bend over backwards to assist. Small town feel but well stocked with anything I've ever needed.
Store is awesome, regular service is good but the register service is always a bit strange.
Very helpful staff, we needed several odd bolts and specialty nuts to put a crib together that some of the hardware was lost. Crib war is won! Thanks to a very good local hardware store. PS the big box stores Lowes and Home Depot were a waste of our time, their staff have no knowledge and so cant really help.
