I generally love this place. They are very attentive and willing to help..a little pricey however! Wish they would send owners of big dogs back to their rooms while waiting so there isn't so much commotion when people with little dogs feel like it's a good idea to keep walking their chihuahua's around your German Shepherd! Can tend to be frustrating!
This office has been our vet provider for 3 years now. I'm so glad that we changed because the staff is so friendly here. Prices are very reasonable.
This is the second time the receptionist has been rude to me over the phone. The first time was in person. I think the doctors and techs are great but unfortunately I will have to go elsewhere. They would do better to get a professional receptionist who has people skills and not someone who comes across as apathetic. A computer could do a better job with emotion.
