We have used Cherokee Trail for over 30 years. Wouldn't think of taking our dogs to any other doctors. The staff is excellent. We have had nothing but positive experiences. The preventive healthcare is top rate and the treatment our dogs have received as they have progressed was provided with excellent diagnostics, treatment, concern, warmth and compassion. Cherokee Trail Veterinary is great. We have been using their staff for years and highly recommend the entire staff. We have 2 cats and a dog and all 3 go to Cherokee for yearly exams and shots as well as when they need medical attention for sickness. We also use Cherokee for our boarding needs. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

We have been very pleased with the doctors and staff at Cherokee Trail since we moved to Lexington 5 years ago. Dr. Hansche & his team won our hearts forever when we lost two of our three beloved miniature schnauzers within one month last year (one to old age and the other to cancer). What was a terrible time for us was eased by knowledgeable and caring professionals who walked us through treatment options and cried with us as we said goodbye.
We moved into the area about a year ago and began looking for a local vet that would take care of our dog. Everyone we spoke to suggested Cherokee Trail. We are so happy we listened! They've been wonderful with each of our visits. The staff is great as are the doctors. Everything is explained thoroughly and all questions are always answered in a considerate manner. It was a great choice for us!
