Original Sales Rep was not bad. However he did present himself as a local company that would handle everything locally. That was not the case. Once the home office in Illinois took over it went immediately down hill. Timeliness of completing the work was poor at best. I specifically asked if they subcontracted out their work and was told no but the day the crew showed up to do my roof it was clear they were subcontractors. Very unprofessional in appearance. Time will only tell how their work was. The price for the repairs on my roof went from approximately $8,500 to over $11,000 without even a courtesy phone call to me. They have you sign a blizzard of forms one of which is the right for them to go directly to your insurance company to supposedly make it easier on the homeowner, only later for me to realize they were bumping up the bill dramatically. They left my gutters full of nails, scratched up my siding and gutters and were generally non communicative throughout the process once they got the initial check. They were also supposed to repair my vinyl siding which took an additional 3 months and is still not completed. That crew also left my yard a mess with trash and small pieces of vinyl siding and nails all over my lawn and garden. Never once did a Supervisor come to check the work to my satisfaction until I called and vigorously complained. Overall an incredibly unprofessional performance of work in my opinion. So much so that I still have not signed over the remaining money owed them over 6 months after the initial contract was signed for the repairs.
