My plumber was Brian Rawles and he had to unclog my bathroom sink and tub, fix my leaking shower, and replace my kitchen sink drain line. Best service ever and I have had no problems since repairs were made. Highly recommended to anyone who needs a good plumber. A++++
We just had our follow up on the installation of our new water tank system that goes to our well and we wanted to say how professional, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous Brian has been for us on all occasions . Our first visit from Brian at Kay Plumbing came on a Saturday when we had no water after electricity went out and later came back on. We were so relieved to receive a prompt response and repair to restore our water especially during the hot summer and caring for two young grandchildren. The technician arrived quickly and confirmed the problem. He made an educated guess as to what could be causing it without going under the house to visually inspect anything and quoted a very high price to fix it. I was charged $50 for the service call that would not be credited back if I chose to have the work done. Another plumber later determined that the educated guess was incorrect. I'm very glad I didn't pay for the unnecessary repairs.
I love these guys. Friendly and professional. It only took them like thirty minutes to fix my kitchen sink. Great job guys.
Kay Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend. Their customer service is exceptional. I had a recurring leak issue that ultimately ended up with re piping the water in my house. Brian, Nick, and Barrett were always professional, honest, and courteous. It was a two day job and after the first days work they had cleaned up after themselves (even though they knew no one would be at the house) and ended up finishing earlier than expected. The front office staff was also exceptional answering any and all questions I had in a more than acceptable time frame.
Great company (hopefully I won't need a plumber again for a long time) but if I do I'll always call Kay.
