The lady that you always have to speak with, who also calls herself the manager, is rude and condescending to put it mildly. I WILL NOT EVER use this company again. It's a shame, because the tech that came out was very nice, he just did not install our appliance correctly, and when I called to have it corrected, I had to deal with the lady who answers and always identifies herself as the manager.
Called for service. Had one tech that handled warranty work and was on vacation. Woman who answered phone was rude and condescending. " i only have one guy and he is on vacation get it"
This plumbing company was sent out by Rinnai tankless water heaters to give me an estimate on installing a tankless water heater. When the technician arrived he began pointing out things that he believes were installed wrong on my currently installed heater. My home was purchased from an actual home builder that he lived in and I do not believe he would put his family in jeopardy with installing a water heater incorrectly. Also, he did not know that my father and I did our research on tankless water heaters before having him come out so we knew what the unit would cost and roughly what it should cost to install. Needless to say he wanted to charge me $1750.00 on top of the cost of the unit to install the unit due to the fact he was going to have to "fix all the problems." I was smart and didn't believe this to be correct and had three other plumbers come out including a family friend who is a plumber and all three said there was nothing installed incorrectly and there shouldn't be any "extra work" and he was charging me $1000.00 more than should be. I called this plumber back this morning and spoke to his receptionist and like other reviews on Google this woman was nasty and rude. She does not need to be in customer service at all!!! She does not know how to deal with dissatisfied customers. Needless to say they have been reported to all the necessary people and I will never deal with these people again.
Wouldn't give them a dollar and would tell others not to waste their money either.
This company needs to go away. I purchase ceiling fans through lowes and they were scheduled out to install them in my customer's home. The customers stated that the tech went on about other plumbing fixtures in her home and down grading her shower. Then he strip out a screw on the ceiling fan in her master bedroom, his quick fix was to put plumber's teflon tape on it. While after a day the fan blade started to fall off the fan. She called them, he returned and told her he would need to get a part. She never heard back from them. I came out and discovered what was taken place and call Lowes and Delta Plumbing for a status update. Lowes stated they have no record of any reorder of parts and Delta excused it back on Lowes. Advise to stay away.
