Nice people and clean units
Excellent customer service! We couldn't find a unit in town after calling and visiting 6+ places this summer when we were moving. Riverchase helped us reserve one of the last available units in the area. We have a total of 3 units as we wait for our home to be built, and couldn't be happier with the service. The office ladies are so kind and helpful and worked with us to get us the best discounts and deals. We feel 100% certain that our things are safe and sound. They were upfront and honest about what we needed and offered advice and tips as we are first time 'storage unit' people. I highly recommend RIverchase Storage!
