The Site is so clean and neat and the service we received from Jamie was refreshing. From the moment we walked into the door she was smiling and welcomed us in. We was not able to rent today due to unit not available but Jamie assured us she would call us when one becomes available. Will be renting with this company soon, loved the sales process and how Jamie took time to show us the site and the wonderful advantages of renting with this company.

I have dealt with some of the worse Customer service but on today at Extra Space Storage Jamie went above and beyond standard customer service. She held the door open for me, even made sure my code worked and even rode be back on golf cart while I enjoyed her pleasant conversation. She is such a nice young lady and look forward to working with the company.
Very professional . The paperwork was done quickly and the facility is easy to find and very clean. Would definitely recommend. Also the price is good for climate controlled storage.
