HOWEVER, Papa Gio's is EXCELLENT!!! I had the veal parmigiana & my boyfriend had the lemon pepper wings & the cavatelli with broccoli. Everything was fantastic. The wings were perfectly cooked & seasoned. The veal was tender & the red sauce was perfect!! We will absolutely be back!! We sat outside & the location is quiet, hidden, & very nice. The service was great & our waitress was attentive. We had replacements of our drinks before we were done with the first one & no dirty plates say on our table for more than a few moments. The price was right in line with the service & quality of food. I really do hope this location sticks around because you have gained two loyal customers. This is definitely a place that you can try everything on the menu instead of getting the same thing every time.
Papa Gio’s is fantastic! The food! The prices! The best cheesecake and cannoli we’ve ever had. Brandon was our server and made our night out a very memorable one. We were there unplanned as we were actually going next door not knowing they were closed that night. Brandon made sure we were properly celebrating my husbands promotion with wonderful food suggestions and accommodations. EVERYTHING was lick-your-plate delicious. Even the salad was ice cold and fresh, the dressing one I still can’t wait to try again. The pizza was completely fresh and reminded my husband of fresh pizza back in PA. The gnocchi’s in Alfredo were out of this world. My husband and I are always asking new friends to go just so we can go again. We will make the 20 min drive for the food any day. We definitely recommend.
We ordered A pizza and some garlic knotts, and I would suggest to NOT download the app it'll say about 30-45min then you get an email saying it'll be 2 hours!!!, I would say call to place your order to pick it up yourself! We ordered our pizza at 6:00 and it's almost 8 and it's still not here!!! We even called and they said it'll be here in about 20 minutes and it was not here. We live 5 minutes down the rd if that! Very disappointed especially when our daughter needs to eat dinner and go to bed for school!!
They bring your food when it is convent for them!!!
Let me start by saying this...I come from an authentic Italian family in New Jersey. I am very picky with Italian food & very rarely go out to eat to a sit down restaurant as we pretty much just cook at home.
Got our order finally and it taste like it's been sitting there for 2 hours! Total order time 2 1/2 hours! This will be the last order they will get from us.
I came here last night with my family. And we had this waitress named Savannah and it was her first day, I just got to give her some credit.. She did excellent an she was very kind and helpful. Girl if you're reading this, You did an amazing job!! I ordered the Buffalo Chicken sandwich an it was delicious!! The Garlic Knots were to die for!! They were amazing!!
The food is great. Excellent Italian food. Good atmosphere. The service use to be good but has gotten worse. Lots of waiting. Got the order wrong. Forgot things. Meals came out 1 at a time. Appetizer has gotten smaller.
