I verified my name and credit card info with her over the phone - and she indicated she would personally take care of it... well no surprise - there's never been a refund processed back to my card... to add further insult, we had to go elsewhere and pick up additional food that evening to feed our kids - so the entire ordeal really set us back financially and time wise....I will never patronize Buck's Pizza again - my family eats out 2 to 4 times a week and we will be happy to take our money to another local restaurant that actually appreciates their customers, provides good food and operates with integrity.. Dodge this bullet !!

I love the stromboli and the chef salad! Wish it was open on New Year's day but it is a class act and family oriented place.
On a Friday before Christmas... Its lunch time at the salon, so busy the whole month... Starving.. so hungry, call Domino's for pizza delivery... ring, ring, ring... No answer.. flipping thru local restaurant menus looking for another delivery service, need food fast. See a menu Bucks Pizza... delivery WOW!! magical! hung up and called Bucks, placed my order. It arrived on time yeah! To be told by the delivery driver the owner Rick needed to relay the message that they don't extend their delivery service over the interstate I - 20 indicating they I am out of boundary. I totally understand and we are only .5 more miles. We all know all delivery pizza.. You know.. not so good... My pizza from Bucks was ABSOLUTELY AWSOME... I would like to request that Bucks extend their delivery service to my salon located at 609 South Lake Dr suite 4 Lexington SC 29072. We will keep you busy and always recommend and refer new repeat customers. The delivery options are very slim for us at our location and we will be generous to our delivery driver, please take my offer in consideration. Looking forward to doing business with you!
I would have gave it 5 Stars we've been eating here for years but we never will again. There were roaches crawling on the counter when I picked up my food I was so disgusted and grossed out and embarrassed I couldn't even say anything. I threw away all the food I bought I just said I'll go somewhere else I'm not even going to say anything. Gross!
If I could leave no stars I would..This place has gone way downhill at a rapid rate.... the cheese, dough and toppings are low quality...I gave them another chance tonight - (big mistake)... we ordered the 21 slice "Belly Buster" for our family - and trust me - it's easily the worst pizza I've ever had in my entire life - my kids refused to eat it.... A pool of grease sat on top of the pizza, the crust was tough - with the consistency and flavor of rubber...It's obvious they are not concerned about using quality ingredients...
I contacted and spoke to the owner and very nicely explained the situation and asked to be refunded for the pizza....(since it wasn't fit for human consumption)... she was not friendly or terribly helpful - and certainly wasn't interested in doing much to fix the situation - she reluctantly agreed to process a refund for the pizza...
Some of the best pizza ive had in the south. Its not NY style but its awesome. Its got flavor and the crust isnt too thick!
