The appointment was extremely easy to make! Selected it online, date and time frame. Got a call the day before to confirm, and another 30 minutes prior to arrival. Jesse was extremely nice and did a wonderful job. Made my 10 year old carpet look brand new! He made easy conversation with my husband, 4 year old, and me. Very quick while here and left my carpet sparkling! Will definitely use again!
We had 3 large rooms cleaned and I thrilled with the results. Zerorez was on time, called before arrival, did a professional job, was careful of our walls and home, and gave us excellent advice on our oriental rugs that may need cleaning in the spring. This morning the carpet looks fabulous and no residue can be felt. I will use Zerorez and recommend them to friends and neighbors.
Totally wonderful experience from the initial phone call to the completion of the job. The technician, Matthew, was very professional and very detailed with everything. While my space wasn’t large, the carpet is 3.5 years old, and has never been cleaned. It looks new!! I definitely recommend this company and would use them again!! Great service!

Outstanding experience with Zerorez today. Called them after normal working hours last Friday evening (today is Wednesday). The representative on the phone was more than helpful in setting up a cleaning. I had an unexpected appointment come up this morning and when Jessie called to say he was on his way, I had to let him know I might be a few minutes after him getting to the house. When I got home, Jessie was waiting in his van ready to start and very understanding of my delay. He got right to work, and even helped me move a couple of things that I hadn't gotten to, yet. He was done in about an hour. Highly recommend this company. A++ all around.
