I work for Gregory Electric in the Utilities Division and since I began working with Unifirst a 1 1/2 ago they have been a great company to work with. All the staff from Management to Drivers are some of the best in the business. Josh Vicari has been instrumental in helping get our accounts in order and he is always willing to assist even if it isn't his district (Columbia). When a company's back bone is Customer Service, Josh and his staff are at the forefront of how customers should be treated. Josh and Unifirst go above and beyond what is expected and this is hard to find in the Customer Service Industry. Uniforms are delivered on time each week, no long lead times for new orders or exchanges/replacements. I look forward to many more years of working with Unifirst (and Josh) and I would recommend Unifirst to anyone interested in the need for uniforms for their employees.

The quality of the uniforms are great and the customer service is outstanding. Josh is always willing to help with any questions I have and he always has a solution. The drivers are friendly and helpful. You can tell that the employees at Uni First take pride in their work and strive to do their best. They, without hesitation, replace any uniforms that become soiled beyond repair. (And with a maintenance department, that happens often) Ordering new uniforms for our guys is a very quick and easy process with great turn around time. If there ever is a problem, (which is rare) it is always handled expeditiously and without any trouble at all.
