Cost of service
My mother is a loyal customer and loves the service that this family owned shop provides. So when my (new to me) 2009 Caddy CTS was having an electrical issue (battery drain for an unexplained reason) I took it to them rather than a dealership as much for their reputation as honest brokers and there reputation for service vs a dealership that will fix the first issue they come across and pronounce the issue cured.
Josh was great. They actually saved me money by doing some research with the auto manufacturer. Reasonably priced and good turn around time.
Electrical Nighmare! -
I'm was in town visiting family from Ohio, and the A/C on my wife's Saturn went out. I'm a mechanic on Euro vehicles specifically VW, and naturally, being on vacation neither had the tools and equipment nor the motivation to deal with this. Therefore, I bright the car here! I must honestly say, great service all around! The gentlemen there didn't want to just roll the car through and move on with their day, they ensured that it was working not only immediately street repair but waited for the hottest point in the day to test the repairs again to ensure that the job was done right. And even replaced parts that don't commonly get replaced but should be replaced every time the A/C is worked on.
Timeliness of service
I have been to this place 5 times for brake lights....227$ the first time And the next day nothing works again, take it back the 2nd time and they said oh my bad the brake pedal is loose. 3rd time they said it was wiring and a brake.light switch. 4th time they made an appointment for me and sat there for 2 hours before they told me they cant get to it. Then fixed it again today. (100$) charged for that. Later this night, still no brake lights. Going back tomorrow yet the 6th time to get my money back. Totally unprofessional and Not Honest. Would not even give this shop 1 star. It's very disappointing.

So I took it in and told Josh and his Dad I was in it for the long hall check everything! They literally had to do everything it took 6 weeks as there were multiple issues (understand everything on a Caddy is electrical) and there were systems that needed to be rewired and rechecked and then left to sit with a computerized multi-meter that records watts/amps/ohms over time (a tool the shop had to buy for this repair). A true diagnostic nightmare. I mean this was a bugger and they saw it through and got it corrected, a lesser shop would have given up. I am writing this review 5 months after completion of the repair and the entire car works flawlessly.
It took time but it was not a simple repair and it was absolutly fixed right the first time. I would strongly recommend this shop for ALL your auto service needs not just exhaust tires and brakes!
Went for an uber safety inspection. Was in/out in about an hour. They seem pretty busy. They are an independent Meineke shop. Make sure they participate in promotions you see on t.v.
