I live so close to this Publix so we go there weekly. I am officially not a customer after today. I was just treated so poorly. The lady (Trish) actually rolled her eyes at me when she saw I didn't have recycled bags. My total was almost $200 and when she handed me the receipt she didn't even look at me. I spoke up and said, "Thank you!" She complete ignored me. Maybe she's having a bad day, but no one deserves to be the brunt of someone else's bad day. I'll just go to Lowe's.
This store is fantastic ! The shelves are always will stocked. The entire place is organized and clean. The bathrooms are kept clean. The deli staff is fantastic, Kathy did a wonderful job on my multi sub order. Everyone is friendly and courteous. The produce section is the best around. The cut fruits are delicious. The bakery is soooo very good. I wish I could try everything they have. The meat department is excellent..... always stocked with fresh cuts and the staff is ready to help with any special cuts. These meats always cook up deliciously. Love the ready to cook meals they prepare. Checkout is always quick and the cashier's are very nice and helpful. The baggers are ready to carry your groceries out for you and refuse to take a tip. I also use the pharmacy and I made a good decision in switching over. Everyone there is always happy to see me and the pharmacist is ready to help in anyway. I love it. I love this store ! Good work everyone! It's noticed and appreciated. Thank you for your hard work !
I enjoy shopping at Publix's. They have a good selection of food & i like their sales. A lot of items are buy 1 get one free. Changes every week.
Love this place. People are friendly and the fruits and veggies are gorgeous.
The Disney World of grocery stores! This kind of professionalism and devotion to quality and customer service is sadly missing in 90% of businesses today. How wonderfully refreshing.....always a treat to go here!
