Picked the most expencive place to get a couples massage. Signed up for a 90 min. Atmosphere was nice, one of the therapist smelt like smoke while breathing on you, 50 min into the massage they say they are done(error up front) only signed us up for 60 min. They did give a 15% discount for the clerical issue without me asking. I will be trying another place next time.
This was my first visit to Urban Nirvana. The front desk was extremely welcoming and kind; 5 stars there. I would not recommend getting a facial though. I was told there would be a consultation before we started and there was not. During the facial, I was never told what was getting ready to take place (i.e applying toner, peel, mask, etc.). I left with my skin feeling dirty and pasty. Something was applied at the end with a tint and left my skin looking like I did not know how to apply foundation, very streaky. I will not be returning.
My wife bought me a gift card to Urban Nirvana for Christmas. It had been a while (9 years) since I had had a massage, so I opted for a master massage. The result: I didn't walk like an old man when I woke up this morning. I need to have a massage more frequently and Urban Nirvana is an excellent place for that. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Helpful and friendly staff. Wonderful massage therapists.

I have been to Urban Nirvana Lexington location many times and always have a wonderful experience. I really want to brag about today though. Jasimine was a great massage therapist! She listened to me about the areas that I was having trouble with and really focused on loosening the tension I had. She also kept the atmosphere very relaxing which gave me the opportunity to unwind. I will definitely be requesting her in the future!!
