My step-daughter and I came in on Saturday and brought my wife and step-son back on Sunday. Wonderful food and excellent staff. They couldn't have been more helpful. Even with my picky step-son, they accomodated his request. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our visit was an awesome experience. I will recommend to all of my friends.
Our food took an exceptionally long time to come out and when we got it, mine was missing sour cream and was very cold.
The sauce bar was cool but didn't make up for the poor food or service.
I asked one person working the floor for help and she said she would but she needed to sweep first.
The prices are a little too much, for the location, but it is good food. The hot sauce bar is a fantastic concept! The ordering process/ menu setup threw me off a bit, bit it works for how the restaurant is set up. Also, they have good daily specials, you need to ask about them. The best thing about this restaurant is their customer service though!!!! If a business could thrive on just that, they would have surpassed EVERYONE by now, the wait staff is attentive and energetic and gets the job done. Overall, for me it's 6 out of 10 for food, and 9 out of 10 for customer service. If anything will get me back in there, it's good customer service.
My wife and I took the kids today and thoroughly enjoyed our visit from the moment Emily opened the door for us and greeted us warmly to the last morsel. Our orders were taken with a smile and the food was delivered with the same cheerful attitudes. Our meals were prepared as described and were very tasty' especially with some of the many hot sauces available. It was a nice atmosphere with interesting Mexican decor. Each of the staff were nice and courteous making it a very nice visit. We will be back!!!
The guy who brought out my new food was very nonchalant about it. I felt like they were more interested in being "cool" and trendy than they were in service and quality.
Ordering was slow and our cashier struggled with it because she was more interested in talking to her co-worker about some guy that worked there and who he had supposedly hooked up with the night before.
First time visiting. Will definitely be returning. Bold and sassy. The sauces have names that definitely speak to the times! The staff isn't anything like Chick-fil-a. I witnessed the lack of people skills several times, although the guy who took our order was pretty decent.
