Bob and his staff are amazing. They work one on one, and never over do to cause pain or stiffing. The entire team works well together and make an atmosphere that invite excitement and friendship. Thanks guys for all you have patiently dealt with during my rehab.
I cannot begin to share how satisfied I am with HealthQuest Physical Therapy. I limped into their Longs Pond Road location a few months ago ready to buy a wheel chair because of my back pain. I was fearful that surgery was looming. I am happy to say that the team at HealthQuest catered a program to my needs and nursed me back to health. Aside from the physical therapy, this team was adamant about knowing me as a patient and as a person. My life includes fathering three, active, little boys and serving 670 elementary school students at Deerfield Elementary School. Bob and his staff understood how my body interacted with my life on a daily basis. I'm excited that my physical self is better, but I am even more thankful for the knowledge I gained about how to take care of myself as my body ages. My quality of life has increased 1,000 percent in this time. I am grateful for these leaders in our community and that I now call them my friends.
Bob, Janet and the gang at Health Quest are seriously concerned for your health and well being. They are all very knowledgeable and they focus their attention on one patient at a time. This was something that was very important to me as I came from another PT office that did not. They are always going over your issues, coming up with new solutions and since I have been there I have seen people 'graduate' from PT. So in other words, they don't just want you to be there forever, they want you to get better and move on! How refreshing that is!!!
I recently had to go to physical therapy for the first time for Achilles issues and was refereed to Bob Carpenter at HealthQuest. From day one I was so happy I went to his office with the amazing care I received. We were able to work out an aggressive game plan to get me going again!
