This place is rediculous. They give you the customer service you want until you purchase something then they don't want anything to do with you. I purchased $4,000 worth of rings and they wanted to charge me extra to solder the rings together. And the bad part about it is they do the soldering in house. Needless to say, I was going to purchase a watch and other items from them, will not be giving this place any more of my business.
