Robert is a great guy. I would highly recommend this company for insurance. They do Auto, Home, and can also do Health Insurance. He got me a great price for home owners insurance recently.
Helen has been a nightmare to deal with. She does not return calls and does not listen ! She set us up with an insurance company that does not allow pools or trampolines when we have both! So our insurance company was going to drop us. Called her about the issue and she sent us a new quote for another company that again excluded our trampoline and pool! After a week of back and forth we found a new agent and left Robert rice. I do not recommend this agency.
