Started shopping at Bi-Lo in Lexington a few years ago when the Piggly Wiggly went out of business, it was all good up until a few months ago and then the produce started going downhill, by that I mean that it looks good when you bought it but if you didn't use it in the next day or two you had to throw it out.

Clean, good produce fresh and meat section and variety always better than other places. Deli could expand a bit,but service was above normal. Great .
Found what I needed quickly due to helpful aisle signs. Staff was smiling and warm. Cashier was friendly, conversational, and quick. Big parking lot with easy access points.
This store is fabulous. Everyone is friendly and I've never had to search too far for help. Great people.
I also have trouble finding some of the brands what products that I used to buy they have quit carrying THEM, I've been thinking about changing grocery stores there are a few others that are close it's just that this one was so convenient, I think it is time for a change.
Customer service has always been pretty good there, but lately it seems there are never enough checkouts open and there are one or two cashiers that are very very slow.
