Had issues with system, Wouldnt honor warranty as in contract. Collars kept failing and now they are refusing to fix them. Receptionist says they cant fix anything because they are short technicians. She is rude and will hang up on you. Filing with better biz as well. I didnt spend over $1k on a non working system. Owners name is Chuck, He doesnt return calls either. I suspect they wont be around much longer!

We couldn't be happier with the system! We were skeptical of the technology at first and hesitant due to the cost, but now we wish we had done it years ago. We have two dogs, a young pit and older chihuahua (the odd couple) and a half acre lot on a lake. The system extends into the lake so the dogs can fetch and play in the lake, which the pit does... a lot! No issues with the collars as a result.
It is a lifestyle changer. It is no problem letting the dogs out without monitoring after they where trained, which took about 3 weeks before both dogs where comfortable with the boundaries. We have close neighbors and the dogs where constantly wondering into their yards. Not an issue any more.
Invisible fence keeps my dogs safe. Jonathan took his time and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend.
