On Saturday Oct. 7 my husband and I was not happy with the service. Based on how we were treated and other customers that came thru the door after us. I felt somewhat discriminated. We were not greeted with a Hello. Upon entering the store the salewomen just looked at us without saying a word. So we proceed thru the store, never once did anyone come check on us to see if we needed any help. So I watched just to see how they would react when the older white couple come in....she (a salesperson) immediately jumped to her feet to greet and assist them. So we left there and went to Ashley's were we purchased a great Living Room Set and I'm thankful your Sales Staff ignored us.
My wife and I were there yesterday. The sales lady that we spoke with was attentive and listened to our needs. However, they tend to be a little pricey. On a $1300 sofa, they were only willing to discount it $124. And, even though they say they are paying the sales tax for you, that only came to another $82. With this week being Black Friday week, you would think that they would offer better discounts than this. Had the prices been at the point to where we would have given them a sale on the spot, we have decided to look elsewhere to see if we can snag a better deal.
My goodness these ladies are very friendly and knowledgeable!! I made quite a few purchases here. It is my furniture store of choice! :) Good quality furniture.

After shopping around for a recliner for my mother, I settled on a leather model from Scott's. The chair was on sale, no tax was added, and the delivery fee was waived. Jackie was very helpful and did not pressure me as it took more than one visit to make a decision. The delivery guys were top notch and very personable. Overall great experience and my mother LOVES the chair!
