Jennifer provided the flowers for our wedding at a quality I never imagined! She took a few ideas of what I liked and made it completely original to our wedding day, she was prompt with responses and always reminded me when payments were due because she knew I was extremely forgetful! She delivered the flowers to the venue and didn't even have to ask where things belonged. Her work was beyond beautiful and got so many compliments!
Great work and great people. Jennifer helped us out for two last minute arrangements. Not only was she accommodating and put up with my many comments and questions, but the product was unbelievable. I live outside of SC and have always used White House Florist to send flowers to my Mom and Grandmother. However, after placing 2 orders for Mother's Day this past Friday, my experience with the person who took my order, this will be the last time. I called at 4:40pm (knowing the store was closing at 5:30) and the first thing I asked was would I still be able to place an order for a Saturday delivery to Gilbert. All you had to do was tell me no, you were too busy, its past the deadline for delivery, anything other than yes and I would have gladly called another florist or placed an online order. It was becoming more evident as I gave you the information that your tone of voice was saying that you don't have time for me. My assumption was confirmed when I said I needed to look at my phone and put you on speaker again to give you the contact phone number you requested and heard you loud and clear how you don't have time for these phone calls with all these people in here along with some other comments. Whether this was spoken to a coworker or to yourself I do not know, but I am positive you were taken by surprise when I said, "excuse me?" If you didn't have time, then don't answer the phone, and better yet, just tell the customer no it's too late to place a delivery order. Yes, it's one of the busiest times of the year for florists, it's Friday, it's almost closing time, your store has customers. Well, this customer was on an aircraft getting ready to leave the USA. Earlier that day he and his wife had to say their final goodbye to their beloved cat of 19 years at the vet's office, all while being physically sick and emotionally drained on top of it all, and I was still able to be courteous and polite even after I knew how you felt about my phone call and order. The flower arraignments had always been beautiful, but I guess it's time to find a new florist who will not treat me as a second rate customer because I'm placing my order over the phone.
Jennifer was so sweet and her work was beautiful for my recent wedding. My mom and I knew nothing about flowers and had no idea what we wanted but Jennifer was able to take a few pictures we liked and make them a reality! I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful bouquet or more beautiful centerpieces. Everything was perfect and the customer service was excellent! Thank you so much Jennifer and White House Florist!
