I have been to St. Andrews location many times. Unfortunately this was the last one. I have a sedan that received deep scratches down to the primer. I called the owner who quickly came to my concern, but only in the end to pacify, delay, and stall. Do not go through the roller wash! If you see the damage right away get a police report. Otherwise you will be SOL.
