Poor! I made a cash ATM deposit some of the money got jammed. I went directly into the branch and explained and she said it would be corrected that afternoon when the machine was serviced. Well she call me later saying that others behind me could have had the same problem "like they wouldn't have reported it". So because I referenced the ATM as the "damn machine " the teller has accused me of verbal abuse and refused to talk to me. So the manager was to review the cameras and call me back a week ago! When I call their number it rings me to Tampa Florida. Funny I thought federal law demands they account for every penny. This was not a large amount of money nor am I starving without it , but its mine not Grows! And what it I really needed it? What would I do? I guess tell my debtors I'm waiting on Grow. Closing account today

I have been with banks and credit unions since '96 and this is the first one that has everything I have asked... well I take that back, they do MORE than what I ask. From better loan rates to automated deposits. All my boys have Kids Club accounts and LOVE going in and depositing $10 to get a toy!
